Materials from the Discipleship Basic Skills training Steven Manuel did with a group of us from the Vineyard. Carrie and Steve are going through it now. The "pitch" audio is a good place to start for an overview of what this is all about. This stuff is what led me back to spending regular time in scripture, prayer and journaling—which is where God is starting to mature me.
The recording is not great quality, but I find myself listening to these all the time. If you jump in past the first week I encourage you to let us know so we can be more intentional about building up these skills together.
